United Way of Addison County’s Parent & Caregiver Survey is now live and will remain open through the end of April. We hope to hear from as many parents and caregivers of students in grades 6–12 as possible, and your help in sharing the survey would make a big difference.
The goal of this survey is to better understand the experiences, concerns, and perspectives of parents and caregivers in Addison County so that community partners can continue strengthening supports for youth and families.
As a thank you, parents who complete the survey can opt in to a raffle for one of three $100 gift cards to a local restaurant.
If you’re able, we would greatly appreciate your sharing the survey through your newsletters, email lists, or other direct communication channels that reach parents and caregivers. Our only request is that the survey not be shared on social media, as there have been recent issues with bots targeting surveys that include incentives.
If it would be helpful, we are also happy to provide or print flyers that can be distributed or posted in spaces where parents and caregivers may see them.
