In November, we introduced Sylvie Choiniere to you as one of UWAC's newest Board members. We are pleased to announce that Sylvie has transitioned off the board and onto our staff
as our Director of Advocacy!
Sylvie's community-first focus, deep knowledge of public health needs in Addison County, and solid understanding of UWAC's work in the community made her a natural choice for this role.
"Sylvie is the right person to elevate our Advocacy work," said Helena Van Voorst, UWAC Executive Director. "While we're losing a valuable Board member, I'm delighted to be gaining yet another talented and passionate member of our staff."
